Dr. Sellers approaches TMJ from a prosthodontic perspective, using 3D cone beam imaging to diagnose the problem accurately before recommending anything. She also offers Xeomin injections in-office for patients whose symptoms are driven by muscle tension and clenching.

6. Tooth Extractions

Dr. Sellers only recommends extracting a tooth when it’s genuinely the right call, and she’ll always tell you honestly if there’s a way to save it first. When removal is necessary, she handles it precisely and with sedation available for patients who need extra support. Just as importantly, she’s already thinking about bone preservation and replacement options before you leave the chair.
