About Me
I have two adult kids. They drive me crazy at times but they are my greatest blessing, and the Mister in my life is amazing!

I love to run, it keeps me sane!

Peppermints are meant to be eaten by the handful, they are so delicious! Eggs Benedict is yummy any time of the day. And making beautiful things with yarn makes me very happy. God has given me grace for my place, and I am very blessed!

Why did you choose dentistry? I started in dentistry a little over 6 years ago. I love the challenge of administrative work. Sounds odd, but I like putting the puzzle of paperwork together. On the personal side of things, I love the difference a beautiful smile can do for a person’s self-esteem. In order to make that happen, it takes a team. I am so blessed to be part of that process! A great smile can change your life!

What is the best part of your job? The best part of my job is people. In life, we are all called to make a positive difference. I am not perfect but I do my best to shine where God has placed me.

What aspect of your personality adds the most value to the office? I have an effervescent personality and I love to be organized. I value hard work and integrity! I am so blessed to be part of a team that shines with these qualities!

What would be the theme song of your life? “Don’t Stop Believin'” by Journey

Lori - Patient Care Coordinator

Lori grew up in North Dakota and is married with two children.

She was drawn to dentistry as a child as she wanted to make her unpleasant experience more pleasant for others. Lori has had an active role in dentistry for more than 17 years and is passionate about patient advocacy, education, and building relationships. By personalizing patients’ treatment, she helps build their confidence and trust in our team.

What do you do outside the office? Lori’s other passion is spending time with her husband, her two busy children, and their dog Mallatobuck (Star Wars fans will understand). Lori loves to travel near and far. When she isn’t running to her children’s activities, she is active with her church and volunteers within the community. You may find her active in the great outdoors. She enjoys a good novel, crafting, yoga, photography, and, most of all, taking in a concert or a hockey game.

Who is your hero, and why? The mighty King – He is the creator of all living things and has provided many blessings to be thankful for.

What “lesson from mom” do you still live by? The lost art of a handwritten “thank you” goes a long way.

What flavor ice cream would you be? She has two! Cold stone mint with crushed Oreos because it’s refreshing and natural vanilla, simply because you can add whatever topping based on your mood.

Debbie - Scheduling Coordinator

I am married to Kevin Woodworth. Originally from Ashland, Kentucky. I have a son who is a doctor and daughter who is a nurse, 4 grand children, 2 who are married and three great grand children.

Why did you choose dentistry? I was in the medical field in Kentucky and when I moved here I was looking for a change. I love talking and connecting with the patients when they come in. I really love seeing how happy they are and their beautiful smiles.

What is the best part of your job? Connecting with the patients and hearing all of their stories.

What aspect of your personality adds the most value to the office? I have a very southern accent so that opens up to a lot of conversations with our patients. I was always backward when I was younger and love trying to make someone feel comfortable and want to have a conversation.

What do you do outside of the office? I love crafting, traveling and experience new and different places. Family is the most important thing in my life. Every chance I get I try to go home and spend time with my entire family.

Who is your hero? Why? I would have to say my mom and dad. They gave me everything I needed to become a good, responsible adult. They showed me what family and love is all about. I was truly blessed with the best.

Carrie - Dental Hygienist

I grew up on a farm and graduated from High School in Mott, ND. I met my husband in college at NDSCS, and we have lived in Bismarck since 1999. We have two children, Logan is 11 years old, and Kaia is 4.

Why did you choose dentistry? I wanted to work in healthcare, and I had an older cousin that I looked up to who was a hygienist.

What is the best part of your job? I enjoy helping people get a healthy smile, and working with them, easing any concerns and fears they might have.

What aspect of your personality adds the most value to the office? I have a lot of compassion, am gentle, detail oriented, and empathetic. Dental care is something a lot of people fear. I love helping people feel understood, that way we can trust each other and work together toward a healthy smile.

What do you do outside of the office? I enjoy spending time on our pontoon with my family in the summer. I also enjoy board games or watching movies together when we aren’t enjoying the outdoors.

My son is now a Boy Scout, so we are starting to learn camping and helping him work towards new ranks.

My daughter is a very energetic little lady, so we try to keep her busy with various sports, most recently dance.

I don’t get a lot of time to myself but I do enjoy photography and hope to develop that when my kids are older.

What is the best quote you’ve ever heard? “Always remeber, you are braver than you believe, stronger than you think, and smarter than you know.”
