Lori - Patient Care Coordinator
Lori grew up in North Dakota and is married with two children.
She was drawn to dentistry as a child as she wanted to make her unpleasant experience more pleasant for others. Lori has had an active role in dentistry for more than 17 years and is passionate about patient advocacy, education, and building relationships. By personalizing patients’ treatment, she helps build their confidence and trust in our team.
What do you do outside the office? Lori’s other passion is spending time with her husband, her two busy children, and their dog Mallatobuck (Star Wars fans will understand). Lori loves to travel near and far. When she isn’t running to her children’s activities, she is active with her church and volunteers within the community. You may find her active in the great outdoors. She enjoys a good novel, crafting, yoga, photography, and, most of all, taking in a concert or a hockey game.
Who is your hero, and why? The mighty King – He is the creator of all living things and has provided many blessings to be thankful for.
What “lesson from mom” do you still live by? The lost art of a handwritten “thank you” goes a long way.
What flavor ice cream would you be? She has two! Cold stone mint with crushed Oreos because it’s refreshing and natural vanilla, simply because you can add whatever topping based on your mood.

In the winter, you will find Lindsey snuggled up watching movies with her daughter Madison, her two dogs, Puck and Koda, and cat, Marty. She enjoys throwing darts, baking, bonfires, and shopping, of course! If the weather is nice, you will more than likely find her outside!
What’s one item on your bucket list? Skydiving.
What is the best quote you’ve ever heard? I was so far behind that I thought I was in first! Life is short, eat dessert first!
Shelby - Dental Hygienist
Shelby is originally from Harvey, ND. Her interest in dentistry started at a young age, with her personal experiences with dental treatment. She had the pleasure of working with a team of general dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and even her HS science teacher, who is an endodontist. These professionals made her “less than ideal” situation enjoyable. They allowed her to be involved in the treatment process and created a curiosity, which she turned into a career.
Since then, she’s had experience with hygiene, pediatrics, and chairside assisting. With dentistry, there is always something to learn! Shelby is always eager to expand her dental knowledge and has achieved a laser certification.
What do you do outside of the office? When away from the office, Shelby enjoys spending her time with family, watching movies, reading, and anything outdoors.
What “lesson from mom” do you still live by? Don’t worry about failing; worry about the chances you would miss if you didn’t try.
What flavor ice cream would you be? Mint – anything!
Brooke - Dental Assistant
Brooke was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. She moved to Bismarck, ND in April of 2020, a significant change of weather for her. She has one sister that’s a year older than her.
Why did you choose dentistry? Brooke chose dentistry because she likes to interact with patients and wants to be the one to comfort them because she understands the dentist can be a little nerve-racking. When she was a little girl, she was very nervous and hated going to the dentist, but now she wants to be the dental assistant who helps them feel better about being at the dentist.
What is the best part of your job? The best part about this job is the women she works with! Brooke loves working with all of them and gets along great. Everyone is so friendly! It makes coming to work easy!

Establishing care was a breeze. The facility is clean & they have bottles of water & coffee offered in the waiting area. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Clara, the receptionist, is fantastic, she took the time to explain my insurance coverage to me. Shelby, my hygienist, did a wonderful job; explained everything & answered all my questions.
